A house on the riverbank in the USA collapses after record flooding due to melting glacier

A house on the edge of a river in Alaska, in the United States , collapsed after floods caused by the melting of a glacier in the US state.

The collapse was recorded by a drone flying over the Mendenhall River, in the city of Juneau, in the capital of Alaska (see video above) .

The river had the biggest level rise in history over the weekend due to the detachment of a block from a glacier that melted near Juneau. City officials even issued orders for residents to leave their homes .

Therefore, no one was inside the residence at the time of the collapse.
