Opinion: A Treatise on Respect

We can disagree politically, we can live on opposite sides of politics and we can view things in a way that is diametrically opposed to each other, I speak of republicans and democrats, but it is unacceptable to offend us.

We owe each other respect, we need to respect each other, and we need to have cordial contact.

This rule also applies to trans and straight, homosexual, non-binary and people who like the other sex.

We cannot lack respect for others.

Living with respect beyond civility is a gesture of greatness and humanity.

Think about it.
